Col Henry Artwork

This awesome piece of art, ‘the portal’, is a part of a series of stainless steel sculptures to be installed on the Newcastle Foreshore.

Handcrafted by the talented Col Henry, this masterpiece was delicately installed between two buildings with the use of a franna.

As the artwork was being held in position, our skilled riggers measured and fabricated each of the 16 suspension cables on site with care and precision.

Arcus Wire Group’s range of hammaTM Regatta fittings and hammaTM X strand wire rope were utilised for their aesthetics, high load capacity and reliability.
