In a bid to increase spectator satisfaction, a canopy was decided upon to protect patrons from the elements during the Australian Open on Show Court 3.
In what was an incredibly tight project, both timeline wise and access wise, our team was methodical and measured in our approach.
Dynamic site boundaries meant extensive planning was required to achieve milestones by certain dates, all while paying particular attention to the hundreds of passers-by while lifting steel within the compound and operating plant in and around the site.
Despite the difficulties that were encountered, we are proud to be involved in helping shape an iconic landmark of the tennis and sporting world.
