Bespoke Wire & Rope was engaged by SJ Higgins and Hayball Architects to deliver a trellis cable system at Fairfield Primary School. Installed across two steel structures on the school’s façade, the system was designed to support climbing plants while maintaining a refined architectural finish.

Our Scope
Bespoke supplied and installed 3.0mm stainless steel trellis cables using Arcus Wire Group’s stand-off range, fixing directly to the existing steel framing. Access to the façade was achieved with an Elevated Work Platform (EWP), operated by Bespoke’s licensed and experienced installers.
The trellis system was installed to:
Provide structural support for climbing plants across the façade
Deliver a low-maintenance and long-lasting stainless steel solution
Integrate seamlessly with the school’s existing steel architecture
Overcome access challenges with specialist EWP installation skills
