  • Initial idea and concept development for custom tensile architecture solutions, showing early sketches and design thinking.

    We begin with conversation. By asking the right questions and reviewing sketches, drawings, site photos and inspiration, we establish exactly what system is required. This gives us the detail we need to prepare an accurate quotation.

  • Detailed design and engineering process for architectural netting and cable systems, highlighting precision and technical planning.

    Our process includes concept sketches, photo mark-ups and material samples for review. From there we develop formal shop drawings that show how the system integrates with the supporting structure. Every design undergoes engineering analysis and review to confirm compliance with Australian Standards. We also provide reactions to the client’s engineer to verify the adequacy of the supporting structure.

  • Procurement stage of tensile architecture projects, sourcing high-grade cable, mesh, and rigging materials for fabrication.

    Through strong industry partnerships we source the highest quality materials available. Our warehouse stocks a wide range of wire, rope, fittings and hardware, with access to specialised items through our extended supplier network.

  • Fabrication of custom wire, rope, and mesh components, crafted for strength, durability, and architectural integration.

    In our Port Melbourne facility we manufacture cables, ropes, mesh and nets, with capacity for welding and small-scale fabrication. For larger projects we work with proven fabrication partners to deliver precision-made components.

  • On-site installation of tensile cable and mesh systems, ensuring secure, precise fit within architectural spaces.

    Our installation team brings more than 70 years of combined experience to site. With a full suite of mobile tools and equipment, we can manufacture and adapt on site as required. Our team holds the necessary licences across all jurisdictions, including QBCC accreditation for Queensland.

  • Maintenance and inspection of tensile structures, supporting long-term performance and compliance of cable and mesh systems.

    We provide inspection and maintenance services to ensure systems continue to perform as designed. With detailed as-built documentation we can identify changes over time, record findings and make adjustments as required. As authorised installers, we ensure warranties are preserved and systems remain compliant for the long term.
