Our Scope
Bespoke Wire & Rope were engaged to deliver a certified walk-on net for this luxury residential build. The net was designed as a breakout space overlooking the lounge and kitchen, providing a place to read, relax, and enjoy the light-filled room.
The engineering phase presented challenges, but through collaboration with Oztech Constructions we developed a buildable solution that aligned with the design intent while maintaining compliance. The fixing details were carefully staged: tabs were welded to the structural framework behind the cladding, and the round bar was welded to the tabs once the cladding was complete. This allowed the painter to finish the area uniformly, ensuring a consistent and seamless finish.
The nets were installed to:
Provide a relaxing breakout space above the lounge and kitchen
Maximise tall vertical space within the home
Maintain the design intent while meeting structural requirements
Deliver a seamless architectural finish through staged detailing
