Bespoke were engaged to deliver a compliant balustrade mesh system for the apartment stairwell. As the building was already largely complete, our team developed multiple custom attachment details to suit different conditions across the stairwell:

• Ceiling line, which included navigating a false ceiling

• Stair stringers

• Landings

• Concrete slabs

Each fixing condition required its own detail, balancing structural constraints with compliance and design outcomes.

The final product is a transparent, subtle system that maintains the architectural vision while delivering the required strength and compliance. Bespoke also provided certification through a Regulation 126 from Partridge Engineers, ensuring the installation met all standards.
