Bespoke Wire & Rope has partnered with Aquatic Tiling Solutions over several years to provide maintenance support for the buoyant pool floor at Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre. The floor is held down by a complex network of stainless steel cables, which allow its depth to be controlled from the plant room. When inspections identify cables requiring replacement, Bespoke fabricates and supplies exact replicas to ensure the system continues to operate safely and reliably.

Our Scope
Bespoke works closely with ATS to replace cables as part of scheduled inspections and maintenance. Once a diver detaches the existing 14mm cable from beneath the pool floor, our team fabricates a replacement using mobile roll swaging equipment to install hamma Regatta swage eyes. The cable is replicated to exact length and returned to the diver for reinstatement beneath the buoyant floor.

Replicate and replace stainless steel anchoring cables as required
Support the ongoing inspection program led by Aquatic Tiling Solutions
Provide precision fabrication using mobile roll swaging equipment on site
