Bespoke designed, engineered, and installed a custom hammock net for a Hampton residence. The project required additional structural steelwork, full engineering certification, and a staged installation process to align with the builder’s construction schedule.

Our Scope
Bespoke were engaged to complete the design, engineering analysis, fabrication, installation, and certification of the secondary supporting steel structure and net.
Our team reviewed the existing structure and determined that additional steelwork was required to facilitate the loads applied by the net. We fabricated and installed the additional structure before the client completed plastering and painting, including the exposed steelwork Bespoke had installed. Once the build was ready, we returned to install the net as one of the final elements before handover.
The nets were installed to:
Provide a safe and functional walk-on feature
Ensure structural integrity through additional engineered steelwork
Maintain a clean architectural finish
Complement the residential build
